        Ballots are barcoded and can't be entered twice. Probably what she saw is someone just trying to get one to scan.

        My in-person vote took two attempts in our reader this year.

        She is cute though.

        If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

            Just like concert tickets. If you enter with one, and then try to pass back outside to a friend and have them enter on the same ticket, it is not allowed.
