Why would you not seal the identities and evidence?

Let's hope they get on with it. If this takes as long as most American court cases we'll be here until freaking doomsday.

This is getting unbelievable.
They've had over a week to produce evidence, and I haven't seen any reports here of anything more than vague statements about things 'not feeling right', or 'not adding up'. Oh, sorry, Rudy had the convicted pedophile from out of state who'd apparently made a special trip to the Four Seasons Total Landscaping, presumably because there was a special going on garden gnomes.
Come on guys, where's the actual evidence?
Larry and Jolly have been posting pages of links to evidence, last night Tucker Carlson devoted a lot of his show to naming names of dead voters
The msm has spent the last week repeating the phrase - unfounded accusations
And screaming there is no evidence
I understand how difficult it is to ignore this screaming and to want to participate
But there really has been a mountain of evidence presented
Pretend, for a moment, that you are a republican - the evidence will appear

How come none of the courts have agreed so far?

Copper has certainly been a lot quicker to recognize evidence of voter fraud than he was to appreciate that Covid was worse than the flu.

Alito issued a stay, and I'm confident many thousands of ballots in Pennsylvania will be thrown out.
The hand recount in Georgia is not due to court order, but it is being done.
The 6000 vote flip is another case of where the system needs to be like a terrier shaking a rat.

A week is a very short time, when trying to produce actionable evidence for a court case.

Trump's been claiming massive voter fraud since before voting started. He should have started gathering his evidence at the same time.

That's the problem when you start with a conclusion and then search high and low for evidence after the fact.
So maybe don't do that next time?

He has been. There are time constraints.
I'm no IT guy, so how long would it take for a team of IT experts to review Dominion's software and the computer network, to determine if tampering or errors existed? And how would you know if a patch was not inserted that erased evidence of it being there, after the command was executed?

That is an entirely different question.
My point is that there are mountains of evidence
And the msm has done a very effective job of getting a lot of people to deny it's existence - even here

covid vs the flu is simple arithmetic
flu was in the lead for quite a while
But for some reason a lot of people just lost their minds screaming and denying the flu it's rightful place in the pantheon of pandemics
It is simple arithmetic, when it's over it's over, before that it's not

Mountains of evidence:
Trump's team released 234 pages of affidavits alleging bad things in Michigan. The Blaze (conservative outlet founded by Glenn Beck) went through all 234 pages of them. They referred to only 101 votes.
The gap is 146,123.
Again, how much fraud is allowable?
-
@jon-nyc said in Why would you not seal the identities and evidence?:
As little as practicable, obviously. But that's not really the issue here.
I think it's an issue that has come to the forefront.
Floruda fixed most if their oribkems. Why not Michigan?

It strikes me that Trump's reaction to accusations from Trump Jnr. that the USA is like a banana republic is to act exactly like the President of a banana republic, once again proving them right.
