No, Gore was trying to encourage recounting. Not wipe out a state's election results. This is categorically different.

If Trump had to sue to get a recount in GA or WI then you could make that point. But to my knowledge Biden isn't trying to block either of those.

Trump is not "trying to wipe out a state's election results". Good grief man, that kook level.

No really. There’s a new suit filed tonight. He wants the court to prevent the state from certifying the election. That would mean the votes are thrown out and the legislature selects electors.

37,706 people chose not to participate in the presidential election in Michigan, so the President's lawyers have to either find 146,137 votes that they are 100% sure were cast fraudulently in the presidential race or they have to find
183,843 fraudulent total votes because you aren't allowed to ask anyone how they voted.

I don't understand this part. Does he say only 37706 people didn't vote? What does this have to do with anything?

He’s saying that 37k people submitted ballots but only marked the ‘lesser’ contests.

As far as I can tell, Michigan Nevada and Georgia law suits have all been dismissed.

Penn still has the post 3 day votes to reckon with which don’t significantly change the tally.

Still waiting for Larry’s fraud eruption which we are supposed to see “in a few days”.

                  They were filed yesterday.

Also, several counties in Georgia are now reporting problems discovered due to the "software glitch" that changes votes from Trump to Biden.

Also, it seems they've found a lot of people 107 years old or older who voted by mail in Michigan.

                    Let him carry on.

Just let it play out as it will. The truth will come out in the end. He will claim fraud regardless of the results, but is there anyone who did not already expect that even before election day?

@Larry the Georgia glitch was reported and dealt with five days ago. They put out a statement last week. Didn’t affect the count

"In an effort to expedite the complete count of the remaining Gwinnett County General and Special Election votes, the County, with assistance from Dominion Voting Systems technicians, will revisit the batches of absentee by mail ballots that were added to the Election Night totals without being fully adjudicated. Once these ballots have been fully adjudicated, the absentee by mail totals will be updated, and together with the remaining uncounted votes, the results will be tallied and published. Additional uncounted votes include approximately 4,400 absentee ballots received on Election Day, votes to be rescanned from one corrupted data card from the Shorty Howell advance in-person voting site, and any of the approximately 1,000 provisional ballots that can be counted. The adjudication process is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, and is estimated to take about three days to complete."

                                        I'll use the old one. . . :

We can put a man on the moon, but we can't figure out a means for accurate voting, from dead people to computer glitches, to people that are able to use nefarious means to swing an election.

Why not? Too complicated, can't validate vote or voter, people blocked from seeing how votes are counted, etc.

                                        Nah.

The answer is "they" don't really want an accurate, foolproof system. That includes left and right, but now of course the focus is on the Left.

All Americans want an accurate, fair system.

But it's impossible, you see. Such a process and system would not allow, um, flexibility.

                                          It's very simple.

                                          1. NO mail-in ballots, except for deployed military personnel and government employees on official business. Vote form must be thumb-printed and witnessed.

                                          2. All voting done in person. Vote by thumbprint or retinal scan. ID checked against voter role database. Any allowed early voting shall be in person and adhere to all regulations for normal voting. Systems will not be connected to the internet.

                                          3. Registration must be a minimum of thirty days before the election date.
