Less, if the check to Biden clears...

Hmm, I dont know. I am not a military expert, but I think if China did anything, it would be a blockade of Taiwan.

It is not so easy to make so many troops land on Taiwan from a sea invasion.

The Taiwan Strait is not an easy area of water to cross. I think it is more difficult than English Channel.

And, I would think that the surprise would be less - technology is so much greater now than in the World War 2 during D day.

While it is a bit nervous, I think that China would have very much to lose, even if they "won".

I remember when I went to school, we all had to do military training - learning how to march, fire a gun etc. , but we did not have to go into the army. It was only mandatory for males.

Interesting fact is that Taiwan still controls some islands very close to mainland China - Kinmen and Matsu (both only about 10K from china)

They were kept under martial law a long time after martial law was removed on Taiwan main island.

Taiwan would be nothing but a speed bump.

You're still a speed bump. You can't even put up a fight equal to Poland against the Nazis.

Joe Biden is very pro-China, rumored to be bought and paid for. Enjoy.

            At least Joe is nice.

In 6 months nobody in this country will be allowed to say the word Taiwan.
