What the columnist is describing isn’t a 50/50 split, he’s describing a pretty massive shift, and Bucks County has always been a pretty good weathervane for PA.

I accidentally deleted my reply, but I had pulled references showing that Bucks County vote percentages have matched PA’s results within .5% every Presidental election since 2000 (as far back as I checked) except 2012 where it was 2% OVER on Obama. It also mirrors Wisconsin results...

This Bobulinsky story tells us that nobody is to be believed.
