Constant multi-hour lines since they started early voting Saturday. They’ve extended the hours. We still haven’t gone, though our plan was to vote yesterday.

Tomorrow it’ll be rainy. Might just grab an umbrella and stand in the line. Should be shorter then.

    You were warned.

Crazy in a way. The outcome here couldn’t be more determined. But still people stand 1.5 to 2 hours just to run up the score.

      You were warned.

Why does this take so long?

I've never waited for more than 60 seconds in any election I've participated in.

Gosh, I hope this doesn’t mean trouble for Trump winning NY...

That is about how long it took me to vote.

            And that is normal here.

The short answer is they didn’t anticipate the demand.

Election day here is usually one single day. This is the first year they’ve allowed early voting because of Covid. The idea was to spread voting over 10 days. But there are only a small number of locations open so it can’t handle the demand.

              You were warned.

It's New York. They're probably all queueing in their cars, honking and screaming and shooting guns in the air and stuff.

                I was only joking
