No, not at all like that. Worse than that.

The problem is the guilt by association narrative they're using. The tribalism stuff. If the other side is racist, xenophobic and punchable, how does an election change that? It doesn't.

What the left justifies to itself is the driver here, nothing else. And okay, we're not at all following the Weimar Republic/Soviet Revolution playbook just yet but we're absolutely perusing the preface. That's where we're at.
