So what's the point of having a scale of 0-100? Please fix that. It's dumb.
You really don't want me to get into the physiology of oxygen transport via hemoglobin again, do you?

Nothing like respiratory physiology to get the juices flowing.

״this is not the flu”
Ten months into this catastrophe and there are still morons saying it’s the flu with some good PR.

I also post a good bit on a Proboards (free) forum, Country Conservatives. I'm in step with most of them politically, but where I really knock heads, is with the "just the flu" guys and with the "no mask" guys.
Generally, these folks are from places like rural Missouri, where the case load is very low, and they haven't seen enough truly sick people.
It ain't the flu.

Glad to hear she's doing better, George. What a load off, even knowing this damn Covid doesn't always travel in a straight line.

Very good news.
I know she has a busy life, but she needs to rest. Don't push, get well.

Excellent news. Yes, she needs to rest whenever she can, which I hope is almost any time she wants.
Thanks for these updates, George. She seems like a sweet kiddo. Takes after her poppa.

Glad she is starting to feel a little better. Glad you got her the pulse oximeter too. One of my art gallery mates and her husband just tested positive.

Thanks, everyone, for your concern. I'm, of course, grateful!
She's now just about a week into the onset of symptoms. 5 days since her positive test:
