The ones underlined in red are sedatives/hypnotics.
The ones underlined in green are cardiovascular drugs - to keep BP up
The ones underline in blue are muscle relaxants - they paralyze you -

Why is propofol is short supply? It's short acting. I would not think it terribly useful in sedating intubated patients. George?

Very useful - when given by infusion. You through gallons of the stuff.
