For the COVID recovery, massive testing will be needed. The question is, how are we going to do all this big-time volume of testing? And who is going to do it?

Minnesoooooota has Mayo and the University ramping this up for the state. If they get to volumes large enough, it can be offered beyond our state. I especially hope Mayo will do this, because they have high standards for testing. Accuracy and trust will help this move forward for everyone.
