Trump to quarantine awaiting Covid test

Lots of classy people in the world, ain't it?
-
They’re not classy so much as funny.
-
Another thought, since Trump is supposedly asymptomatic for now...What if he has few or no symptoms and comes roaring back as the Trump we all know and love?
Biden wants to shut the country down, but we can work through this...Look at me.
-
Biden wants to shut the country down? Seems unlikely.

One thing that occurred to me is that a number of whitehouse staff are probably also infected. It’s not like Trump wears a mask around the whitehouse.
Another Diamond Princess. Will be very interesting.

@MarkMeadows speaking to reporters, “Good morning, obviously we had a great jobs report this morning. Unemployment down below 8%. Robust economy. Not what people are focused on...As all of you know the President + the First Lady tested positive for Covid 19. They remain in good spirits. The President does have mild symptoms. As we look to try to make sure his health + safety is good, we look at that for all of the American people. Good spirits and energetic.

Sen. Mike Lee tests positive:
RNC Chair tests positive:
Ronna McDaniel, the chairwoman of the Republican National Committee, has tested positive for the coronavirus and is experiencing mild symptoms, according to several people briefed on the situation.
Ms. McDaniel is the latest person who is in frequent contact with President Trump to test positive for the virus.
She was last with Mr. Trump last Friday, and has been at her home in Michigan since then, the people briefed on the matter said.
She received her diagnosis on Wednesday, they said. After a crowded donor event in March at Mar-a-Lago, the president’s private club in Florida, Ms. McDaniel fell ill, but she tested negative at the time.

I'm just going by what the man said.

My favorite so far is ‘my thoughts and prayers are with the virus’.
The one I liked best: "I like presidents who don't get COVID".
“How will they even know if they’ve lost their sense of taste?”
Here's another good one:
"He is in several high-risk groups — elderly, obese, low-income."

None of the posts we’ve shared are the gleeful grave-dancing type. They’re simply humorous.

I know, and I wasn't saying that about you.
However, there's a lot of it out there on FB, including some of the folks that we've known for years.
No, I'm not naming names.

Let's jump on the conspiracy bandwagon. I know how much those of you on the Right just love a good conspiracy theory.
Many believe this is all just a ploy to gain sympathy votes for his sinking ship. Since every other word out of his mouth is a lie, I wouldn't put it past him to concoct this whole scheme, claiming he and his wife have the virus when they really don't. So watch what happens in the next couple weeks. If this theory is true, the scenario I predict is that he won't have serious symptoms at all, will claim to be taking hydroxycloriquine again, and emerge healthy as a bug in no time. This will give him more sway to the cult regarding the seriousness of covid. It's his last ditch chance to save his reelection, which has virtually no chance at this point, even when he calls fraud after the results.
Personally, I have no opinion on whether this is true or not, but again, I wouldn't put it past him. He is the most amoral man one could ever encounter. Shame on you who still back him because you believe he will increase your stock portfolio and keep those Mexican killers from your doorstep. Gullible, the cult is. -

I can't see them risking faking it, as if he got caught the election would be done.

Rick - I don’t think it’s even feasible. It’s not good for him for people to be talking virus virus virus. He wants them to talk about law and order and riots. Secondly, he’d have to enlist dozens If not hundreds of serious people at Walter Reed to make that work. There’s no way he can just see the Demon Semen doc or the Bakersfield quack and call it a day.
