Dunno. Uncharted territory.

For sure.

On the plus side for him, there will be some sympathy for him and disdain for the more egregious premature grave dancing that will no doubt be common on parts of the left.

On the other hand, it brings the topic of conversation back to the virus and off of law and order, which is not good for him.

On the plus side for the American people, it decreases the odds that the 10/15 debate will be held.

This could play out so many different ways. I always had him in losing the election. Now it could be even worse or he could squeak by depending on more cards being revealed. I only see volatility in the moment.

Brings up an interesting point...Biden looks much more frail than Trump. Since COVID ain't going away anytime soon, what are the chances that a President-elect of President Biden would have a very tough time of it?

Symptomatic? If Trump has an asymptomatic case or a mild case, don’t be surprised if that translates into a huge momentum shift towards him and the open up crowd.

Because of daily testing, the disease has been caught at a very early stage. I wonder about treatment and prognosis, when you can treat that early in the process?

It’s also possible he is asymptomatic which would be a wild card.
