@George-K said in NYT publishes Trump tax returns:

Eric Trump commented that it took the Biden campaign less than an hour to come up with an ad after the NYT revelation.

You got a link to that ad?
Is there anything specific about that ad that makes you think it couldn't be done within an hour?

Nope. I just saw him interviewed. Note, I said, "assuming he's telling the truth."

Ah, so it's all hearsay so far.

Looking at it from a technological perspective, given the advancement of digital production and distribution platforms today, be it video or print, I would not be surprised that a new ad can be produced and distributed within an hour. If there is visual gaff happening during the debate, I can envision a new ad featuring that gaff being produced and distributed within an hour of that gaff happening.

@George-K Not really. President Trump tweets moments after news breaks.

I would think that both campaigns have people who do nothing but look at breaking news and answer. President Trumps taxes have been in the news for a long time. It is like when they right about someone dying before they have died. The information is there - they just need to wait for the person to die and they edit a few things and off it goes

Ask Aqua, but I think it humanly impossible to knock an ad together that fast. You've got to script it, get it approved by the campaign, knock the video cut-up together, over-dub it and get it out there.

That's asking a helluva lot in 30 minutes.

Yep. It’s nonsense. Technologically you could do it, yes. Administratively? Never.

It is literally impossible to film an ad and distribute it for televising in an hour.

Of course there was no interest in the truth. Just a bunch of democrats and media reading the talking points sent
that Trump was a national security risk. What a f’ing joke.

Gee, have I ever asked you to trust me?

Have I ever asked to be entrusted with, say, the command of the nation's entire military might including the nuclear launch codes?

Yep. It’s nonsense. Technologically you could do it, yes. Administratively? Never.

Two years later, the House decides it's time.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
