Joe is starting to fall apart. He has nothing new to say and no plan other than than a huge government gimme for PPE etc so businesses can open. Businesses are already doing these things.

For the next debate, a rule should be that each candidate not refer to his opponent by his first name.

Frankly, I surprised at how well Biden has held up. He's been (for Joe) remarkably coherent.
