By the way, Bush V Gore is known for the 5-4 decision on the Florida law but the most salient decision for 2020 is probably the equal protection ruling that went 7-2. That is a strong precedent that would likely favor Biden, in that it will prevent Trump-friendly states from giving short shrift to mail in ballots.
