I suppose like anything, they will look at the chance of it happening again, just like typhoon or earthquake.
Increase the price or if risk is too high, as you say, Stop doing insurance.

I dunno - feels like a good oppty to gouge. Would you want to be a business owner without liability insurance? Chicken and egg....
