“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

I watched that yesterday, always great to listen to VDH. He consistently makes good sense, which helps offset the soft power of the evening MSN news garbage.

Interesting that the polls show such a close race. I really can't understand why anyone would vote for Joe Biden and Harris. Based upon what, exactly?
Voting against Trump by voting for Biden is ridiculous. That accomplishes nothing, but could end up resulting in a Biden win. Could happen, if people vote their "feelings" I guess.

I carry such contempt for all of the D.C. politicians, R or D. Somehow, these elected officials need to stand up for what they believe in, and what their constituents believe in, or somehow get voted out of office to be replaced by competence. Or for chrissakes, step out of the way when you're older than the hills. It's like a redwood forest.

The executive branch is inversely proportional in power to the congress. The country is way out of balance in terms of ideological nonsense, and way out of balance in terms of the balance of power. Not sure when collectively, the congress became so impotent in terms of leadership outside of individual political power aspirations.

I see the same thing here in Oregon. My financial contributions to sensible democrat candidates was negated once they got into office, and started to just march lockstep behind the five powerful people that actually run everything. When these same candidates contacted me this year, I felt bad telling them that their independence of thought and why I supported them before, is no longer apparent. The former Speaker of the House became a friend, and he was booted out a few years ago, from Speaker to not reelected AT ALL. Zero. And all because he stood for sensibilities that would be good for the state, instead of kowtowing to the leftists.
Rant over, it's been fun. hmmm. Dinner.

Was looking forward to watching the riots on Youtube, but they pull the plug around midnight, or as soon as the "must not be seen by the public" kicks in.

      Thanks, YouTube!!
