One of my personal curses is the need to awaken at about 01:00 to 02:00 for a visit to the lav....
Then, I can't get back to sleep for a couple of hours. When I do, I'm lucky if I sleep until 6:00.
Usually I sleep from 21:00 or 22:00 to 05:00.
