NS- We will only escape this evil via our military leaders via military coup on the white house.. They are the only ones with the ability, and if they want to do it right, they also need to march into the Supreme Court and arrest 5 justices on the spot. Roberts, thomas, alito, gorsuch and kavanaugh. I know this is anti-American in all forms, but it is the necessary and only option I see to get the criminals out out of power... Anyone with half a brain can see that the Secret Service is complicit with the staged events of Trump assassination attempts. Many Secret Service members will die in this coup as well as true patriotic American soldiers, but unfortunately, it will become necessary if we want to take back our country.

    Wow. Just wow.

You're calling for a military overthrow of the United States government and I'm the one in a cocoon.

    Got it.

Remember when they frog-marched Trump out of the White House in handcuffs over Russiagate? Good times that need to be repeated!

    I love you long time.

The United States government is much more than the criminal occupants of the Oval Office. You people just don’t get it. You think these midterms are even gonna happen? Do you think Trump is gonna will Langley walk out of the White House if he loses the election in 2028. He’s not even gonna let the house become democrat dominant. You’re all a bunch of ostriches.

I'm pretty sure the collective noun for ostriches is a 'wobble', so in one sense you're probably right.

Did you know that the Italian word for oysters is Ostriche? I still wait for the pearls of wisdom here instead of the kneejerk sarcasm and ridicule.

Yes. People who never studied Italian often have a lot of food vocabulary due to eating in Italian restaurants.

Really? You expect serious responses to these fantasies?

It's an intriguing thought that Trump might stop the midterm election from happening at all, or that Trump will stop the Democrats from taking control of the House after the Democrats have won the majority of House races in the midterm. I understand that many of you do not believe that Trump will do either, but just for kicks, I ask you this question:

What "red lines" have you drawn for yourself such that if Trump crosses one or more of them, you will decide that Trump has indeed broken American democracy to the point where you would support a military intervention?

(If you're thinking "there is no such red line, I will never support a coup," that's also OK, that's also a valid answer to my question, and you should feel free to say so.)

I'm a firm believer in the near future often looking a lot like the recent past so I don't think it's a fantasy that Trump could (in fact, almost certainly will) allege wide-spread election fraud in the event that Republicans do badly either in 2026 or 2028. What transpires after that is pure conjecture. Hopefully, nothing more than extended period of him crying like a baby as he and his followers go through the five stages of grief, followed by him living out the rest of his life in some form of sheltered accommodation or in the event that he fails to come to terms with his failure, a secure mental health facility.

@Doctor-Phibes there comes a time that the word hopefully, which is not truly a word, unfortunately because I use it all the time, becomes more of a belief like in Santa Claus, and when conjecture has real legs and must not be dismissed as pure fantasy

Remember how nutty all of Larry's stuff sounded when he went on about Obama being the new Hitler? Funnily enough, he responded much the same way as you did when I humbly suggested that he might be over-reacting by essentially calling me an idiot.
