Owens is legit nuts, but entertaining to imbeciles. I don't know that she's a political force as much as an entertainment force. Carlson is off the rails in many respects, but no more so than Shapiro IMO. Shapiro's Israel-first attitude is indefensible, which is established by the fact that he refuses to defend it against well-equipped debate opponents. He's gone full identity politics and cancel culture over his devotion to Israel, which people are rightly seeing as deeply hypocritical.
