Since October I've been following a recommended regimen of three sets of 6-8 reps at 80% of my 1RM on each machine. I have progressed very little on this, maybe 5 lbs on each exercise, plus a longer rest period between sets.

Going back to one set of 4 reps at 90% or 1RM, then 8-12 reps at 30 lbs less, then 15-20 reps at 30 more down. I really moved up fast on that. It should build strength, muscle and endurance. We will see.

I usually go around 2 PM. Today I went at 10 because I have commitments. The crowd there was even older than when normally go. At 70 I felt like a youngster!

But seriously, t's great to see so many older folks exercising.

If I go when schools out it’s me and a bunch of yoots.

The whole reason we call them illegal aliens is because they’re subject to our laws.

I go to a relatively expensive gym where there's lots of bodybuilder types, male and female. Lots of normies like me too. Not too many young kids or elderly people.

          Education is extremely important.

            What are yoots?

I would find that most demoralizing.

Except for the younger women. That's great. Love those thong workout pants.
