Couple of comments:

Not a big sample size.

The second factor, however, is that workers are happier even while they're on the clock. Simply put: The four-day week makes people feel much more effective at work, and that makes them happier in general.

Is it just the change? Kind of like that famous study at the factory in IL where they changed the lighting and found that the workers did better, so they thought that the lights were better. Turns out it was just the change in lights (even if they were worse) that made the workers more productive.

If I were an evil manager, and saw that people were getting their work done in 80% of the time, that would mean they could work 5 days and get 20% more work. LOL

It might be a good adaptation to AI job losses if the enormous profits being predicted come to pass. but then obsolescence doesn't pay much.
