@andyd He removed a dictator that wouldn’t cooperate with his side kick who will for now. She also is part of the regime that lost the election, and he’s keeping her in power.
Machado gave him her prize as a transparent attempt at stroking his ego hoping he’ll put the proper winners of the election in power, knowing (as does the whole world) he is surprisingly and embarrassingly responsive to flattery.
