My take after watching her was they she wasn't nearly as bright as she seemed to think she was. In fact, I'd go as far as saying that she's a bit thick. That's not a medical diagnosis, just a humble opinion based on my layman's perspective. Admittedly this type of opinion may appear nihilistic, cowardly or even, heaven forfend, meaningless. A former poster might prefer the term 'educated beyond her intelligence', but probably not in this specific instance.

I've actually never listened to her. My strongest impression about her was when she was standing at Trump's left shoulder in some speech he was giving in his first run. I remarked about how beautiful she was. She has taken some turns, because the culture has given her leverage. It wasn't the culture that directed her, it was her inclinations. She's as crazy as people will be, without boundaries.

Megyn mostly just refuses to be socially bullied into unfriending people due to social pressure, and she outright says that if you try to do that to her, she'll probably go in the opposite direction and remain silent about objections she may have to the person she's supposed to unfriend. I think most people can relate to that sort of defiance.
