Trump: We'll hit 1.5% inflation soon.

If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

You lucky folk, the cost of living increase in the UK is very noticeable.

Basic things, electricity, gas, water and food shopping, all just keep going up in price.

Officially inflation is 4%; but food costs have rocketed and utilities must be up 10% or more.

Here too. Food and restaurants and plenty of other things. It’s to the point where even I notice it at the grocery store.

If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

Food costs have skyrocketed. I'm a little surprised Trump hasn't noticed it when he does his weekly shop.

            I was only joking

While butter, milk, eggs and decent bread are pricey, chocolate has soared in price, or been downsized.
Toblerone was as low as £8/kg last Christmas, and averagedmaybe £12/kg.
              I just saw a toblerone at £20/kg🙄.
A cost at which I'd be expecting fancy handmade Irish or Belgian delights!

I suspect his little Mrs. looks after the grocery shopping so he might not be aware.

                Elbows up!

Yes but she’s spent almost no time in DC this term so he probably frequents the Whole Foods in Georgetown.

Swanky. You don't think he uses Walmart?
