Story on various companies developing various methods to make "chocolate" without cacao beans -- because cacao production has been unreliable and costly, economically and environmentally.
Personally, I don't mind. I like the flavor, but I have no strong feeling for cacao beans one way or another. If there is a way to get the flavor without the saturated fat, so much the better.

Or you could read a label on cocoa powder and check the saturated fat content.
