I saw a piece on one of his competitors in that race. A guy who wants to build city-owned grocery stores, which wouldn't be profit-motivated, and wouldn't pay rent on their buildings.
Adams dropped out today, so it's a two man race between Mamdani and Cuomo. Mamdani has a commanding lead in the polls, and even if Cuomo gets all of Adams' supporters, should still be leading by a healthy margin.
