We’re doing pretty well for a geezer room. I do 90 minutes of reverse pyramid weightlifting 3 days a week and 30 minutes of cardio every other day.

I shifted around 4 7ft grands, carried 6 digitals (including an N2 Avant Grand at 350lbs) and lifted 4 studio uprights onto and off of dollies as we reset the floor… I took Finley swimming, and had about 14 “dog”walks this week. Where does that rank?

I've recently discovered HIIT training. If you're short of time it's a good way to make 20 minutes feel like about 2 hours of misery.

@Mik more of a geezer than 89th, slightly less than Ax and Jon.

I have tried that on the elliptical. Brutal but with positive results.

The high intensity bit is miserable, but the subsequent endorphin rush is quite nice
