Dude weighs no more than 235. At 79 years old, he’s losing significant muscle mass and bone density. I’m 6’2”, and when I was 240, I looked chubbier than him, now. While I don’t think he’s 215, I think he’s probably around 225, maybe 230.

Does Trump exaggerate? Yeah, but in this case I think it’s more nostalgia. He’s getting older, slouches a little, and 6’3” becomes 6’1” or even shorter…. He liked his looks a few years ago at 215, that’s now the weight he sees himself. This is ridiculous to worry about compared to everything else.
