    Beautiful Copper River salmon fillet ready for the grill, with s&p, garlic, olive oil and fresh cut herbs from the garden. Love summer.

      looks great. I find wild salmon to be too lean usually, but that looks well marbled.

      Education is extremely important.

            I like it that way. Sockeye is my favorite. You just have to remember to take it off the grill a little bit before you think it is done.
