Funny story.
It would never occur to me to look for any 24 hour service anywhere in Europe except maybe a gas station on a highway. I still remember when the 7-11s in London were open from 7 to 11.
But maybe coin laundry so unmanned.

I enjoyed the story a lot but did not really need the fecal urgency part. We’ve all been there.
