Look at her direct quotes in the second tweet.
Apparently the Witch Doctor in Chief, RFK himself, convinced him to drop his original candidate and pick this loon.

Surprising that being a medical doctor is not a requirement for the job.

The previous pick, which was rescinded, was Mike Walz's sister in law, educated at a medical school in the caribbean.

It seems like Horace was right about those white women.

Her father wrote a children’s book about a young flamingo questioning his gender identity.

Best comment:
“Laura Loomer is now the adult in the room. We're going to get to the point where we're thankful for her pillow talk.”

I listened to her podcast with Bari Weiss, recorded in 2022. If that is representative of her views, she’ll end up focusing on the decent part of MAHA, ie, how to get maga voters to be more like coastal democrats in terms of local living a healthy lifestyle. (Some of you might frame that differently.)
She showed a hint of the conspiracy stuff behind big-you-name-it, pharma, food, hospitals, medical schools, Congress. And she has a business to promote (she sells real time glucose monitors). But if she sticks to food and lifestyle I’ll have no problem with her.

That was big of you. I've head decent things about her. RFK Jr's running mate Nicole Shannahan was very disappointed though.

That improves my (new) priors, as Bayesian updates go.

Peter Attia mentions wearing a real-time glucose monitor. Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s one of hers.

Two more things about her:
-
She can relate to the metabolically dysfunctional - she was 220lbs in 8th grade and her mother died of complications from diabetes (on that second point, IIRC). This may give her more credibility in her messaging as compaired to, say, Kate Moss telling people to stop eating so much.
-
Eucalyptus is her favorite essential oil.

A lot of people did that in the 60's and 70's.
