Turns out he’s actually a 70’s-80’s era Democrat.

Still, better than the alternative we were given.

I don't understand what's so special about tips. Either tax the low paid or don't. There's no need to split out tips as though they're something unique.

      I was only joking

Even taxing the rich won't work, unless it's a wealth tax where the country just takes some large percentage of all privately held wealth. It's often noted that cutting entitlements is the only real solution. But as soon as a politician mentions that, often a politician who is accused by the other tribe of not being serious about the budget, those same people will scream that the entitlement cuts are heartless. Nobody actually believes there is a reasonable solution in sight, and yet people still whine about how unserious everybody is in their search for a non-existent solution. Like there's a difference between serious and non-serious bigfoot hunters.

        Education is extremely important.

Raising the income cap for Social Security withholding - would help the cause.

              It's gonna happen...

“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton
