    So half the staff at the store love it when I make the coffee, half hate it, because it’s too strong. But, the instructions say 2 tbsp per 6oz, so that’s what I use, but I will admit that it’s stronger than most coffee shops…

    How much coffee do you use per 6oz?

      Good coffee is too thick to pour and too thin to slice.

          My mother used to measure out the coffee every night before bed with that little scoop. I remember saying to her ‘you’ve been doing this for 40 years, can’t you just eyeball it?’ She did after that and felt kind of dumb for measuring all those years when she knew exactly how high up in the basket the coffee would fill.

          You were warned.

            Yeah, but I have an engraved silver scoop.

              My coffee is ground the instant before it's made.

                  @jon-nyc said in 2 tbsp per 6oz?:

                  Yoiu should be ashamed. 😄
