So...based on this, wouldn't what is now being proposed (e.g. cut gov spending but also reducing corporate taxes), essentially reduce the velocity of money and increase income disparity and ultimately reduce the wealth of the nation overall?
Interesting. Never heard of that before. But I am not sure that the middle class is collapsing. I have not really seen signs of that.
I have hear that the "wealth gap" is getting larger and larger however.
