A body that was caught in the nets of a fishing vessel 40 miles off the Massachusetts coast on March 6 is unlikely to be identified, officials said.

But, authorities do know that the body belonged to a woman in her 60s, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement.

The woman’s body had several cancerous tumors, the district attorney’s office said. There are no indications of foul play.

The body was embalmed and looked like it was part of a burial at sea, the district attorney’s office said.

The district attorney’s office said this case was “non-suspicious” and closed.
