Weird night…

Lucas was home for spring break this week and headed back to campus tonight. The first couple of years it was always sad to see him go, but you adjust, and it becomes normalized. Tonight was as rough as the first couple of times, though. I think it’s because this is the last time for a while? He graduates in 2 months, then will be back home while he gets his next degree over 18 months.

Yeah, that’s the other side of it, but we’ve got at least 15 months… But… We have turned the in-law suite in the basement into his space. Give him some privacy…
