As the name suggests this series is all about a man called David. The upcoming TV show tells the story of the ascent of the biblical figure as he becomes the most renowned and celebrated king of Israel. ‘The series follows the once-mighty King Saul as he falls victim to his own pride. Nonetheless it might be an interesting piece of Israel's history. If done well and as accurate as possible within the confines of entertainment.
I'd really like to see Scorsese's The Saints too, but I'm not signing up for an expensive service to do it.
