allow men into women's sports
Not just any men
Men who suffer from a specific mental health problem.
That disproportionately lands them in jail for violence and sexual abuse.

So … you folks prefer “federal control” to “local control” now, right?
If local control means putting creeps that have a MUCH higher statistical chance of violence and sexual assault in a girls locker room or bathroom, then I’m all for federal control.
If local control means that schools find it permissible to socially transition kids with no parental rights in the matter, I’m all for federal control.
If local control means that the powers to be think chemically castrating young children and putting them on drugs that will permanently damage their health and mental stability, then I’m all for federal control.
If local control means school choice and deciding on phonics vs guided reading for teaching reading, then I am all for local control.

I personally never understood the equal protection afforded to transgender athletes to compete in women's sports. I am all for treating them with all the same rights afforded to any American, but this crosses the line in my humble opinion. It also speaks loudly to a determining factor for a man to have such a thing done to them. The whole public restroom debacle is a nothing burger to me versus bringing an unfair competitive edge to women's sports. I dunno, call me conservative in this subject matter.

It’s an 85%-15% issue, but it also wasn’t a very important issue for most people until Biden messed with Title IX. Then it became a much larger concern.
And now the Cass report and many other studies are coming out showing that GAC is not only not helpful, but may actually be damaging to children with genuine Dysphoria, a situation that cures itself over 90% of the time through a natural puberty.
