I mean, cold pizza for breakfast is probably just this side of OK, but Mac and Cheese for breakfast?

(insert Joe Biden saying) "C'mon, man!"

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

How come "Mac and Cheese" has become so newsworthy in the last 12 months or so? A year ago I didn't even know what it is, and to this day I've never had the chance to eat it.

A staple for decades here especially for kids and recently a favorite as a tapas style food or heavy hors d’voeurs. Over took the hamburger for a while.

Sprinkle some truffle on it and you’re good to go.

                    Käsespätzle

Bingo! Though I think Käsespätzle is usually far better than the box version of Mac n cheese. Compared to homemade Mac n cheese, they're much closer.

In this part of the US, they make "up-scale" mac and cheese and treat it as though it's a real treat. It's not.

                        I was only joking

That's not made from scratch like the good stuff. Let's ask Klaus.

Yes, Maggi Fix is an abomination.

Real Käsespätzle are a lot of work and quite different from pasta.
