      No. In the 18th century there was no concept of illegal aliens and the census was to count the number of ‘whole persons’ (sorry Jeffrey Dahlmer).

      It’s controversial today but so are many decisions they made in the 1780s.

      Only non-witches get due process.

        It's no longer 1800. The basic definition of a U.S. citizen has changed.
