Tucker, having read the indictment, sounded genuine in his belief that the charges were nonsense. I know, I know, Tucker is a douche who is never genuine. People differ in their perceptions about that.

It has nothing to do with them. They are federal charges. He has a soft spot for bribes is all.

You don't think Trump has a bit of "if I help this guy, I can screw you" attitude against people he thinks wronged him?

He does. But I don’t see how this screws Hochul and Bragg. He’s not under county or state charges. AFAIK they get along fine. Maybe Hochul wants him weak so Cuomo can take him but that’s a double bank shot.
