      I wonder how much of Germany's dysfunction is attributable to the unique hold progressive ideology has over them, due to their shame and guilt over their past.

          Wasn't Germany more reliant on Russian energy than most countries?

          Working with British companies, it seems as though they've got all the disadvantages of the EU, but none of the advantages. Who would have thought it?

              The energy prices are just one component of a big pile of structural problems. Progressive ideology has a lot to do with it indeed.

              It's a mess.

              Let's see whether the upcoming elections can change a few things.
