It’ll probably get worse too.
One of the stores near me hasn’t had any in days. Sign says their supplier is out. Must source from Georgia or somewhere else where they culled the whole flock.

However, if you are going to take credit for economic news that makes you look good, you have to be willing to take the blame for economic news that makes you look bad.
And, if I remember, I was told by President Trump during his campaign that he would bring down grocery prices.

Interestingly Mexico vaccinates their chickens. It adds a little cost in good times but looks damn cheap during a cull.
