Hey Jolly
-
Did I really see snow forecast for southern LA?
-
Yep.
SIL is on the response team for Lady of the Lake. She's to report tonight at 2300, with underwear, socks, scrubs, toiletries and towels for three days of 12-hour shifts. Nurses will hot-bunk in the hospital.
The Lake is currently the largest free-standing hospital in Louisiana.
It's in Baton Rouge.

Wow. How often do you get any snow? And how often do you get enough to stick?
-
Not too often. Where I'm at, a three inch snow is a really big deal. Snow that sticks on the ground for more than a day is once a decade.
-
Yeah I was thinking it was ‘years per snow’ not ‘snows per year’
-
All right, we have entered Bizarro World.
I-49, NORTH OF LAFAYETTE, is under a blizzard warning.
