Iran and Russia are weaker. China perhaps as their economy is a mess now. But I don’t know about the military. Probably stronger. Not sure how it nets out and how you would weight it.

A distant memory to a couple of retired senior officers otherwise, a case study for officer cadets on how not to wage war in mountainous jungle terrain against a battle hardened military force on the defensive.
