    Seen on X:

"Of the first 97 federal judges selected by Biden, 5 were white men. 22 were black women…

36% of law grads are white males
3% of law grads are black women"

I'm surprised that only 1/3 of law grads are white males.

Look at the total population of judges.

Do "black women" make up 3% of all judges?

Also look at the general population, is "3%" representative of "black women" in the general population.

You may find that perhaps Biden is just trying to reach for a federal judiciary that is more representative of the American population.

So a white woman cannot fairly judge a black woman?

If she can, why bother with "representing the American population"? Why not hire the best ones instead of hiring less than the best ones based on color or other irrelevant properties of a person?

Remember, that during his campaign, Biden promised that he would appoint, or rather, nominate, a black woman to be his vice president.

He also promised to appoint a black woman to the highest court…
