Shocking thing about streaming apps

There doesn’t seem to be a way to filter on availability of language subtitles.
I can open any movie and see if it’s subtitles and if so what languages.
But if I want a filter that says ‘show me only movies with Spanish subtitles’ I can’t do it on either AppleTV nor Netflix.
Shocking to me because (1) the demand for such a feature must be immense, and (2) it’s a straightforward application of basic database technology that is now 6 decades old.
I’d be happy to find out I’m wrong about this but complaints on the internet seem to bear it out.
