          That was all under Trump. If you want to give him credit for positive stats with large exogenous influences that happened on his watch, you gotta take the negative ones too.

            Correct. On his watch.

            And, somehow POTATUS hasn't brought it down in the 1795 days he's been in office.

            In fact. It trended down until 2020, Trump's last year in office.
