    Was I asleep when this Constitutional Amendment was passed? I don't remember voting for it.

      Illinois was the 37th state to ratify it, in 2018. You didn't vote for it but the state house and senate did.

      Only non-witches get due process.

        Yeah...but at least 6 states voted to rescind the ratification - so it failed.

        Nevertheless, it's never been ratified. What's Gillebrand's issue?

          She thinks a rogue archivist could invalidate the rescissions. Its an untested idea but I doubt the court would go for it in this case. Maybe in some other.

          Only non-witches get due process.
